Tahini Banana Lime Glaze Cookies

Makes 12

¾ cup tahini

1 ripe banana, mashed

½ ripe banana sliced/chopped

6 tablespoons maple syrup

3 teaspoons cinnamon

1 ¼ cup oats

¾ cup pecans, chopped

1 ½ teaspoon vanilla

Pinch salt

Lime Glaze

1 cup powdered sugar

½ Lime,juice juice

½ Lime, zested


Preheat oven to 350F. Mix cookie ingredients together. Make 2-3 tablespoon balls and bake on parchment lined baking sheet for 10 minutes, allow to sit for 10 minutes before serving.

Mix glaze ingredients together. Add more sugar or juice as needed to create a thick glaze that will just barely drip.

When the cookies are cool, spoon glaze and allow to set 1 more hour.
