Chocolate Pretzel Easter Egg Nests
1 bag (340g) 60% dark chocolate chips
400g gluten-free pretzels (can use regular)
1 bag Cadbury Mini Eggs
1. Line a mini cupcake tin with mini paper cups. Set aside.
2. Melt chocolate chips in a double-boiler over medium heat. Once melted remove from heat (don’t over-heat!) Add the pretzels, and carefully stir them in until they are coated in chocolate.
3. Using a spoon, place the pretzels into the mini cupcake cups and arrange into a nest shape. Set aside in a cool, dry place for the chocolate to harden.
